Prior to this, Christian Zünd led the Swiss Commercial Association for eight years, served as the Secretary-General of the Department of Justice and Internal Affairs of the Canton of Zurich for eleven years, and assisted in establishing the Social Insurance Court in Winterthur in the 1990s, where he served as a judge for ten years.
